About Us
Resilient Home Health Agency, LLC (RHHA) dba, Resilient Home Care (RHC) is a licensed and certified home care agency in Pennsylvania. As a family-owned-and-operated company based in Philadelphia, PA, we truly understand the value of family and community. We approach the personal care of each client as if they were our very own loved ones. Our caregivers are committed to a hands-on approach and believe in customizing our services to meet each consumer's individual needs.
President & Administrator, Stephanie Blakeney, has more than 30 years of experience in the Administrative field with extensive knowledge and skills to ensure comprehension of practices and regulations within the home care industry. Stephanie possesses the necessary qualities and experience to interpret and implement State and Federal Guidelines needed to operate Resilient Home Care successfully. She has a love and passion for serving people which inspired her to take a more hands-on way to assisting individuals and families in need of help, and thus Resilient Home Health Agency was established in 2018.

EXTRAORDINARY CARE
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from bathing, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, meal preparation and serving, hygiene, transfers, support to doctors appointments, shopping and errands. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.

FULL CUSTOMIZED CARE
Home care is an effective and helpful solution for anyone who is homebound due to aging, disabilities, high-risk pregnancy, surgery, plastic surgery, chronic illnesses, injuries, recurring hospitalizations and cognitive problems that interfere with normal daily activities.
Individual needs are discussed and determined during the initial consultation. A custom care plan is then created and the client is expertly matched with the caregiver best suited for them and their situation. Our Care Coordination team routinely visits with our clients and observes the client needs, and if necessary modifies the care plan to meet those needs.
Great care is taken into consideration when making a match between our caregivers and our clients. We consider our client's personalities, interests and level of care needed. We then look at the caregiver's personality, training and experience to insure compatibility on all levels.
With customized care, our Direct Care Workers deliver individualized care and help with ADLs (activities of daily living) including but not limited to:
Personal Care Assistance
· Oral Care, Bathing, Toileting, Dressing etc.
· Medication Reminders
· Light Housekeeping: Bed Making, Laundry, Dish Washing, Vacuuming, etc.
· Planning, Preparing and Serving Meals
· Assistance with Transfers, Walking, and Physical Activity
· Support to Appointments, Activities, Errands, Shopping, etc.
· Companionship: Friendly and Positive Assistance
Post-Surgical Assistance
Recovering at home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from major surgery, plastic surgery, a slip and fall or childbirth, our compassionate caregivers can assist you to a healthy and complete recovery.
Physical Disability Support Assistance
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and hygiene.

Requirements
We believe our clients deserve only the finest individuals to provide their care. To qualify for a home care career with us, you must:

· Possess a recent certification in CPR & First Aid click here
· Produce a Negative 2-step Tuberculosis (TB) Test Result
· Be willing to work flexible shifts
Resilient Home Health Agency is seeking qualified caregivers who are willing to provide excellent care to their loved ones and those in need. Although caregiver experience is preferred, it is not a requirement for applicants. We will train you in everything you will need in order to provide the standard of care for which we are entrusted.
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be in a position to help your family or other families take care of loved ones from the comfort of their own homes. Our team looks to hire compassionate and caring individuals willing and able to provide personal care services for loved ones or other individuals with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as: bathing, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, meal preparation and serving, hygiene, shopping, errands and transfers..
